 Becca Wiesman [email] Wedding Specialist

 

Becca was recently promoted to Wedding Specialist after a stellar run as our top notch Details Specialist.  Becca has been in the catering industry for well over 16 years and offers a well rounded, seasoned approach to events.  With her organization skills, attention to detail, and her gracious bubbly personality, Becca is a great addition to our team!  In her spare time, Becca is a student at UC pursuing a Bachelor's in Communication and loves spending time with her husband and adorable daughter Sophia.  You can also catch her on the stage doing local theater for the Beechmont Players!

 


 Denette Huffman [email]  Wedding Specialist

 

Denette has worked in the hospitality industry for over twelve years.  She began her career at The Madison as our Details Coordinator and was recently promoted to Wedding Specialist.  Denette finds pleasure in helping to ensure that her bride's special day is everything she's dreamed it would be.  In her free time she volunteers with local charities and enjoys spending time with her family and lovable pet Chihuahua, Stella.

 


 

 

 

Jocelyn Sparks [email]  Wedding Specialist

Jocelyn has been affiliated with The Madison in recent years through running her own business in The Wedding Mall.  She joins The Madison team as a Wedding Specialist with great enthusiasm!  She enjoys listening to her clients' vision for their special day, and helps to make it a reality.  Jocelyn studied Operations Management at Miami University and is well know for tightly managing event logistics.  Her honest and professional approach truly eases stress for her clients.  When Jocelyn is not working she's happiest spending time with her family, and planning her own 2009 wedding!


 Laura Ramirez [email]  Wedding Specialist

 

Laura fell in love with The Madison after her 2006 wedding reception that took place in the elegant Grande Ballroom.  She started working at The Madison a week after her wedding as part of the service staff, bartending.  She loved being a part of the planning of the big day so much that she took a full time position as a Wedding Specialist.  Laura has ovr 15 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.  She has an associates degree in Interior Design.  In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her three children, two dogs and in between Military deployments, enjoys spending time with her husband. 


 Michelle Moore [email] Corporate Sales Manager

 

Michelle is a native of Cincinnati's east side.  She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she studied Marketing and Business Administration.  She joins us after spending two wonderful years at home with her son.  Prior to that she spent three years at Deloitte & Touche as a Marketing Coordinator where she coordinated communications and events for the Life Sciences & Health Care industry group.  She will love helping you with your event as much as she loves planning her own.

 


 Angelina Trimble[email] Chief Operating Officer & Wedding District Director

 

Angelina graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati. In her spare time she does charity work with AVOC as well as animal foster care and rescue. She started working at The Madison in 1997 in the Sales Department and has fallen in love with the event industry. She currently lives on the west side of Cincinnati with her husband Shane, daughter Sofia and son Erik.

 


 Emily Kramer[email] Corporate Sales Manager

 

Emily started with the Madison and served as the Director of Operations in 2002.  She decided she would like to experience the planning aspect of the business and took a Corporate Sales Manager position.  Emily brings 14 years of hospitality and food service experience at well-known establishments like Skyline, Graeter's and The Marriott to her position at The Madison. Her experiences have enabled Emily to learn all of the positions and styles of food service and food production. Emily loves working with corporate clients, solving audio-visual problems and also working with brides and grooms on "the happiest day of their lives." Emily gladly serves on the Northern Kentucky Restaurant Association's Board of Directors as the Second Vice President. She especially enjoys working on the annual Mardi Gras, which benefits homeless children of Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.

 


 Kelli Bender [email] Banquet Manager

 

As a Banquet Manager of The Madison Event Center, Kelli has more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Kelli joined The Madison in 2002. She has a reputation for keeping her events on schedule and her clients happy. She loves being part of the client's special day and greeting new faces as they walk into their room! Kelli enjoys spending time with her four beautiful children!

 


Cathy Sillett[email] Banquet Manager

 

As the Banquet Manager of The Madison Event Center, Cathy has over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry. Cathy joined The Madison in 2002. She specializes in her attention to detail and the ability to run her events effortlessly. She loves meeting new clients and putting them at ease during their event. When Cathy is not at The Madison she enjoys spending time with her twelve-year-old son!

 


 Andrea Ahrens[email] Director of Operations

 

Andrea has been with The Madison for over five years.  As a stay at home mom, she worked part time as a Team Leader in the Banquet Department for four years.  She has over ten years hotel and restaurant experience!  A big part of her job is the presentation of The Madison from managing the setup and cleanliness of ballrooms to displays and finding new ways of making The Madison look great!!  She lives in Indiana with her husband and three kids.  In her spare time she loves to read, garden, and spend time with her family.

 


 Chris Gilb[email] Set Up Manager

 

Chris has been employed at The Madison for over three years.  The first two years as a Bartendar then Chris was promoted to Set-Up Manager.  Chris is responsible for making our six ballrooms and two chapels beautiful.  Chris come to us a former Mechanic, part time bartender, and former Armed Service member.


 

 Dawn Burgan[email] Administrative Assistant

 

Dawn is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she studied Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies.  She joins us after working as a photographer for eight years.  Her experiences as an Army wife provides her with the characteristics needed to juggle the many tasks involved in Event Planning.  She is a proud Covington native who enjoys traveling, art and spending time with friends and family.
